The initial setup fee is a one time fee. This fee includes setup and installation of the TickeTracker system. You will also receive live on-site training, online training materials, webinars and 24/7 live US based phone support.

Access Fee

The access fee is an annual fee. The access fee includes unlimited system access for users. The annual access fee also includes system hosting on a dedicated, secure, PCI compliant server with a disaster recovery plan and 99% uptime.

Data Transfer Fee

The data transfer fee is an annual fee. The data transfer fee includes importing all customer data, as well as student data from a student management system. This fee also includes importing schedules from other scheduling systems.

Online Ticket Convenience Fee

Convenience fees for online tickets are paid for by the person purchasing the ticket. The fee is 75¢ for any ticket under $10, and 3% of the ticket price plus 75¢ for any ticket more than $10.

Online Season Pass Convenience Fee

Convenience fees for online season passes or online pass renewals are paid for by the person purchasing the ticket. The fee is $1 for any season pass under $10, and 3% of the ticket price plus $1 for any season pass more than $10.
