ESC Promotions Ticket Tracker is an easy-to-use web-based application used to track paper tickets and sports passes used at high school athletic events. At each athletic event, the gate attendent will log into the system, select the sport, select the event and begin scanning each paper ticket or sports pass as it passes through the gate. Scanning each paper ticket or sports pass eliminates the chance of a paper ticket or sports pass being used again. If a ticket has already been admitted to the game and is scanned again, the ticket attendent is notified immediately through the software. Ticket Tracker also makes post game reconciliation a snap. All the gate attendent has to is enter the number of refunded tickets and the system reconciles all gate receipts. Once the gate is reconciled the application automatically sends the data to the Athletic Director, so he can submit the data.

Ticket Tracker can also be used to market to your best supporters. Do you have a football chili supper coming up? Ticket Tracker can send an email to all of your current sports pass holders, notifying them of the event. Do you want to pre-sell sports passes for next season? Ticket Tracker can send an email to all of your current sports pass holders and let them know the details.

Ticket Tracker has been two years in the making, but ESC Promotions has found a cost effective solution to a growing problem. After the initial investment, a nominal maintenance fee per year is required to keep the software up to date.
